Guidepost at Home: Home Pods

Let us create a Montessori school in your home. Guidepost at Home Pods is a small group learning experience, where a group of children come together in a home under the care and tutelage of a Montessori-trained guide.

The Montessori approach integrates rich social development, refined learning materials, and practiced independence. Guidepost at Home Pods bring this experience to you in a residential setting.

Guidepost at Home Pods provides the opportunity for your preschool or elementary schooler to learn at home with several other students. Our approach is fused with our devotion to high-quality Montessori learning, where a trained Montessori guide will facilitate the Montessori curriculum residentially.

Getting started made simple

  1. Complete your pre-registration form and tell us about your family and your care needs. Let us know if you are interested in hosting care at your home, or dropping your child off elsewhere.
  2. Match with a small group, creating your pod. Our Matching Map can help introduce you to other local families looking for care. Alternatively, let us know if you already know of other families interested in forming a Home Team.
  3. Get to know your In-Home Educator (Guide)! Work with your him/her to set up your home environment with a customized set of curricular materials and Montessori equipment sent from Guidepost at Home.
  4. School at home will begin! Let us take care of the curriculum, paying the Guide, and replenishing your at-home items as school continues.
