Guidepost at Home: Montessori nannies

The Montessori approach helps your child develop a fundamental, enduring confidence as she joyously grows up. Guidepost at Home’s nanny services bring this approach into your home. Our nannies receive the same Montessori training and support as do the Montessori educators in our schools. And we help set up your home environment to support your child’s burgeoning independence.

Whether you are looking for a private nanny, or looking to share care with another family, Guidepost at Home’s nanny service can provide your family with a Montessori trained, dedicated nanny.

Private Nannies
Nanny Shares

Customized home set-up with Montessori materials to equip you, your nanny, and your child with what they need to learn in the home

The opportunity for your child to socialize with another child in a nanny share, while continuing to keep a small, intimate ratio of caregiver to child.

Help with finding another family with whom to share care, using our Matching Map

Guidepost at Home will employ and pay your nanny on your behalf, so you do not have to worry about taxes or providing benefits (like paid time off).

Priority placement at one of our Guidepost Montessori schools when you are ready to enroll your child at an in-school program.

Cost savings when opting for a nanny-share (splitting the cost with another family).

How it works

  1. Tell us about your family by completing your pre-registration form.
  2. Match with another family, or choose private care. Our Matching Map can help introduce you to other local families looking for care.
  3. Get to know your nanny! Work with your nanny to set up your home environment with a customized set of materials sent from Guidepost at Home.
  4. Begin care! Let us take care of the curriculum, paying your nanny, and replenishing your at-home items as your child develops.
